Bowman Lofts / Bowman Block - 528 Beatty Street
"Bowman Lofts" (Bowman Block) located at 528 Beatty Street is a heritage conversion/loft building. The original building was constructed in 1906 in the area of Vancouver now know as "Crosstown". Completely rebuilt by the Salient Group in 2006, Bowman Lofts or Bowman Block (as it's also called), is comprised of 38 suites on 6 levels. With the exception of the penthouse and sub-penthouse levels, all homes feature reclaimed fir floors, exposed fir and steel beams and exposed brick.
