Exchange - 388 West 1st Avenue

Originally constructed in 1917, Exchange is the modern, loft-style, heritage conversion in the newly rejuvenated False Creek East docklands. This area, also home to the former 2010 winter Olympic village, is the start of the rebuilding of one of the last waterfront districts of False Creek.
