The Hooper Building - 869 Beatty Street
Originally built in 1910 and converted to lofts in 1999, The Hooper Building is a fantastic live/work zoned loft/heritage conversion building. Located at the northern edge of Yaletown at 869 Beatty Street, The Hooper Building is 4 stories of and is comprised of 21 residences and one commercial space (currently the home of Dix Brew House).
